It’s secure and easy to use, and available whenever it’s convenient for you—nights, weekends and holidays
With 24/7 Telephone Banking you can quickly and easily:
  • Get up-to-date account balance information
  • Review your most recent transactions
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Verify deposits, electronic fund transfers, or ATM transactions
  • Make loan payments
  • Place a stop payment order and more.

Before using 24/7 Telephone Banking Service, please make sure you have your account number(s) handy. The first time you use 24/7 Telephone Banking Service, you will be prompted to create a PIN for future access.
  • First, call 775-348-1012 or 775-881-1117 in Carson Valley from any phone.
  • Wait for the greeting and then follow the simple instructions given. You will be offered a series of menu options. To access these selections from the Opening Menu, simply press the corresponding number(s) on your phone.
  • You may press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish.
