TELLER OPENINGS (part-time, 25 hours, with benefits, Gardnerville)

Description

Primary responsibility is to process transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established bank policies and procedures. Receives and pays out money, and keeps records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

Minimum of six months customer service experience.

Minimum of six months cash handling experience.

Ability to work effectively as a team member.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Ability to respond and assist customers with inquiries and/or problem resolution.

Careful attention to detail and time management.


Preferred Skills:

Ability to identify customer financial needs, goals and objectives.

Proficiency in basic computer skills.

Previous banking/teller experience.

 

BRANCH MANAGER - Full Time

SUMMARY

Oversees a bank branch office with emphasis on business development; maximizing branch revenues and sales and minimizing operating losses. The following duties may be performed personally or through subordinate supervisors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Directs and coordinates activities to maintain institution's policies, procedures and practices.

Responsible for achieving branch budget and calling goals.

Conducts cold calls on prospective small to mid-size business customers.

Maintains and develops relationships with present and potential customers and handles customer inquiries. Sells loan and deposit products.

Timely recording of all calling activities in the bank’s tracking system.

May indirectly target the activities of workers engaged in the performance of such functions as operations administration, customer service and the establishment of new accounts.

Compiles required and special reports on sales and calling activities.

Conducts staff meetings to discuss sales and promotional campaigns or customer service matters.

Contacts customers and business, community, and civic organizations to promote goodwill and generate new business.

Perform basic financial and commercial loan analysis of commercial credits.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Should have prior financial institution experience as an operations officer or higher. Must have two to three years prior cold calling experience.

 

TELLER OPENINGS - Reno/Sparks part-time, 20 hours, with no-benefits
