COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICER
Primary contact for commercial clients and high net worth individuals. Obtains, evaluates and recommends approval of commercial loans (including SBA 504 and 7a loans), lines of credit, real estate, and construction.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Oversees a bank branch (loans and deposits >$20MM - $50MM) with emphasis on business development, maximizing branch revenues and sales, and minimizing operating losses.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum two years prior financial institution experience as an operations manager or higher.
Minimum two to three years prior cold calling experience.
Basic Computer Skills
Spanish Springs, part-time, 20 hours, no benefits (2:15 to 6:15 pm - Monday through Friday)
Primary responsibility is to process transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established bank policies and procedures. Receives and pays out money, and keeps records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions.
Minimum of six months customer service experience.
Minimum of six months cash handling experience.
Ability to work effectively as a team member.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to respond and assist customers with inquiries and/or problem resolution.
Careful attention to detail and time management.
Ability to identify customer financial needs, goals and objectives.
Proficiency in basic computer skills.
Previous banking/teller experience.
