Provides lending support to Loan Officers and clerical support to the Lending Department,
High school diploma. Must have two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have prior financial industry experience in loan department. Must posses a mastery of the loan process.
Computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
Use of general office equipment
Oversees a bank branch (loans and deposits >$20MM - $50MM) with emphasis on business development, maximizing branch revenues and sales, and minimizing operating losses.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum two years prior financial institution experience as an operations manager or higher.
Minimum two to three years prior cold calling experience.
Basic Computer Skills
Reno Main, part-time, 20 hours, no benefits (Monday through Friday)
Primary responsibility is to process transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established bank policies and procedures. Receives and pays out money, and keeps records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions.
Minimum of six months customer service experience.
Minimum of six months cash handling experience.
Ability to work effectively as a team member.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to respond and assist customers with inquiries and/or problem resolution.
Careful attention to detail and time management.
Ability to identify customer financial needs, goals and objectives.
Proficiency in basic computer skills.
Previous banking/teller experience.
