Our Bill Pay Service does more than pay bills for you.  Heritage Bank of Nevada has partnered with CheckFree®, an industry leader for bill payments, to offer you enhanced features including electronic payments to thousands of retailers, access to hundreds of eBills, and an easy-to-use and convenient person-to-person payment option.

Heritage Bank of Nevada's Bill Pay

Heritage Bank's Bill Pay is an easy way to pay your monthly bills.  To use Bill Pay, simply enter the information for the person or company you'd like to pay.  We will attempt to make the payment electronically.  If unable to do so, we will print a check on your behalf and pay the check, envelope and postage. 

With Heritage Bank's Bill Pay, you'll have access to these great features:

  • Search for Vendors.  Add new vendors by simply typing in the company name.  If a match is found in the database, the vendor's information will be added automatically.  No more hunting down mailing addresses!  Simply enter your account number and add your bills to be paid.
  • Schedule Payments by the Due Date. Heritage Bank's Bill Pay allows you to enter the date you would like your payee to receive your payment, and we take care of getting it there on time!
  • Keep your money with you.  Your money will remain in your bank account until the day you select the payment to be made. 
  • Set up reminders.  Never make a late payment again!  When you set up reminders, you'll receive a message telling you when your payment is due.
  • Pay from multiple checking accounts.  Choose which checking account to pay your bills from.
  • Make recurring payments. Eliminate the hassle of paying your recurring bills by setting up recurring payments.  This is a great option for payments that don't change from month to month - such as your car or mortgage payment.
  • See it all at a glance.  The Payment Center lets you make payments and view pending payments, recent payments, and bill reminders all on the same screen. 

 

Heritage Bank of Nevada's eBill Presentment

Bill Pay leverages the convenience of e-Bills for hundreds of companies that serve consumers. When you sign up for Bill Pay,  you can choose the eBills you want to receive from participating vendors and pay from your own Payment Center within Online Banking.  This means that instead of an inbox or mailbox crowded with your monthly bills, you can have all your eBills arrive in one place where you can view, pay and file them in a matter of minutes and eliminate paper from the equation.  There is no fee for receiving eBills through Heritage Bank's Bill Pay.

 

Popmoney® Person-to-Person Payments*

Use Popmoney® to pay anyone you know, or owe – it’s the easy way to send and receive money directly from your Heritage Bank of Nevada account.  Pay your rent or send money to your kids away at college – it’s safe and secure and all you need is an email address or mobile phone number.   With Popmoney, a recipient can receive money in as little as one business day.

How to Enroll

To enroll in Heritage Bank's Bill Pay, you must be an Online Banking customer.  Once logged in to Online Banking, you will see a Bill Payments tab.  Click that tab to accept the terms and conditions and log into Bill Pay for the first time.
