Stanley Wilmoth
President and CEO
Mr. Wilmoth has served as President and CEO of the Bancorp/Bank since March of 2000.  Mr. Wilmoth previously served as Vice President, Northern Nevada Regional Loan Manager for Nevada State Bank (1995-2000); Assistant Vice President/Commercial Account Officer ( 1994-1995) and Commercial Service Officer (1992-1994) for US Bank; Business Banker Northern Nevada Region for Bank of America (1990-1992); Vice President/Regional Manager Northern Nevada Dealer Finance Center (1987-1990); Vice President and Loan Officer/Manager of Reno/Sparks Commercial Loan Portfolio (1985-1987); Vice President and Manager of three branches and collections for Security Pacific Bank of Nevada (formerly Nevada National Bank)(1974-1985).

James R. Buster
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Mr. Buster has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Bancorp/Bank since July, 2000.  Mr. Buster previously served as President and CEO of First National Bank of Pinedale, Pinedale, Wyoming (1996-1997); President and CEO of Frontier Bank of Laramie County, Cheyenne, Wyoming (1995-1996); Vice President, Cashier and CFO of Rawlins National Bank, Rawlins, Wyoming (1992-1994); and, President and CEO of Union National Bank of Marseilles, Illinois (1971-1991).

Thomas N. Traficanti
Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer (CCO)
Mr. Traficanti has served as Real Estate manager since December, 2001 and was promoted to Senor Vice president in December 2003. Mr. Traficanti previously served as Regional Manager for Bank of the West, Real Estate Industries Group (2000-2001); Vice President, Real Estate Lending Manager, Nevada State Bank (1995-2000); Commercial Loan Officer, Comstock Bank (1992-1995); Loan Officer, U.S. Bank (formerly Bank of America Nevada/Nevada First Thrift) (1998-1992).

Steven P. Carrick
Senior Vice President and Operations Administrator
Mr. Carrick serves as Senior Vice President of Bank Operations, and has held various other positions, including responsibility for consumer lending, since joining the Bank in March of 1998.  Mr. Carrick previously served as Assistant Vice President and Manager of three branches (1993-1998) and held various positions in operations and lending (1980-1993) at Wells Fargo Bank (Formerly First Interstate Bank).

Sheri Malick Senior Vice President, Risk Management and Compliance Officer
Ms. Malick serves as Senior Vice President, Risk Management and Compliance Officer. Ms. Malick was hired in late 2005 after serving as a consultant to the Bank for the prior 5 years. She has worked for over 30 years in banking, mostly in the Northern California market, and has held various positions, including Vice President of Operations at Capitol Bank of Commerce in Sacramento and over 13 years in operations at River City Bank, also in Sacramento. Prior to joining Heritage Bank, she provided compliance consulting and examination services for 12 years, specializing in small- to medium-sized community banks and de novo banks.

Alan B. Rabkin Senior Vice President, General Counsel
 Mr. Rabkin joined Heritage Bank in March 2010. He holds five degrees including a Ph.D. focusing on bank deposit insurance systems, six bar admissions, and 31 years of banking experience.  He is a distinguished  lawyer concentrating in financial services and has served in similar senior capacities at Valley Bank of Nevada, Bank of America, SierraWest Bank and Bank of the West since the mid-1980s. Mr. Rabkin has also served as the Conduct Regulator of Nevada’s entire judiciary from 2000-2002 and, most recently, as Of Counsel and Head of Financial services matters at the prominent Nevada statewide law firm of Jones Vargas. He has also served as an adjunct professor of financial services and banking law at two prominent law schools. Mr Rabkin also holds a CRCM certification in bank regulation and compliance since 1999. He previously served as the Bank’s general outside counsel from 2002-2010.

Loan Officers and Staff:

Larry Bell  - VP, Commercial Loan Officer Larry has more than six years experience in the accounting/financial field. Prior to joining Heritage Bank, Larry held the position of Facility Manager, Special Events at Pauley Pavilion Arena. Larry earned a B.S. in Physiological Science, specializing in Business Administration at UCLA. Larry also has an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University.

Barry Collier  - VP, Commercial Loan Officer Barry has 11 years of experience in Banking and Commercial Credit. Prior to joining Heritage he held lending positions with Inter-Tel Leasing, Inc. and Wells Fargo Bank. Barry holds a B.A. from the University of Nevada, Reno in General Studies with an emphasis in Accounting.

Barbara Culver  - VP, Commercial Loan Officer Barbara has more than 25 years experience in commercial and real estate lending in Nevada. She has held lending positions at U.S. Bank in Reno, and First Interstate Bank in Reno and Las Vegas. Barbara holds a B.S. in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from University of Nevada, Las Vegas.  

Branden Martin – AVP, Commercial Loan Officer Branden has six years experience in finance and lending. Prior to joining Heritage Bank, he held lending positions with Wells Fargo and the Professional Lending Group.  Branden earned a B.S. in Information Systems from the University of Nevada, Reno; he also has an MBA in Finance from UNR. 

Mark McKibben - VP, Senior Loan Officer Mark has more than 10 years experience in the banking industry, specializing in commercial and SBA lending. Prior to joining Heritage, he held lending positions with First Interstate Bank and the Nevada State Development Corporation. Mark obtained a B.A. from the University of California, Davis, with a major in Political Science. He obtained his MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno.  

Doris Tamboryn - Credit Analyst Doris has more than 30 years experience in the lending industry. Prior to joining Heritage Bank she held various management and credit analyst positions with companies that included J.G. Capital Corp., General Electric Capital Corp. and CIT Corporation. She has an extensive background in equipment financing for commercial and industrial customers. She obtained a BA in Social Work from Fairleigh Dickinson University.   

Sharon Turner - Mortgage Loan Officer Sharon has been in the lending industry for more than 6 years. Prior to joining Heritage Bank, she was the lead mortgage representative of GMAC Mortgage for Northern Nevada. Prior to her time with GMAC, she was employed with Countrywide Home Loans.  

Branch Managers  

Melinda Wright - Assistant Branch Manager - Reno Main  Melinda joined the team at our 1401 S. Virginia Street location during the spring of 2008.  You may remember seeing Melinda at the Spanish Springs branch when it opened in 2007.  Melinda has over 10 years of banking experience in the areas of lending and operations management, as well as many other facets of banking.  Melinda is known for her exceptional customer service and ability to liven up the branch. 

Duane Dougherty  - Branch Manager – Carson City Duane has more than 25 years experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining Heritage Bank, he held various bank management positions.  A graduate of UC Berkely, Duane's extended professional development included attending Napa Valley College, the American Institute of Banking, and Napa Leadership Foundation.  Duane is very involved in the community, and has held the position of National President, Active 20-30 U.S. and Canada Service Clubs.  He is also a recipient of the Congressional Leadership Award.

Bob Verbrick - VP, Branch Manager – 7th  Street & Keystone Bob has more than 20 years experience in the banking industry, working in the Truckee Meadows for the past 16 years. Prior to joining Heritage Bank, he held management positions with Valley Bank of Nevada, Bank of America and most recently with U.S. Bank. Bob is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin earning a B.S. in Finance and has obtained his Masters Degree in Business from Webster University.  

Marcos Ramirez - AVP, Branch Manager - Spanish Springs  Marcos has an extensive background in banking and management, and experience in coaching a number of banking teams, staffing, and training.  Marcos has a strong background in providing outstanding customer service - a great fit for Heritage Bank.

Georgia Baker - VP, Branch Manager – Damonte Ranch Pkwy, and Business Development Manager Georgia’s background is in business development and customer service and considers all Heritage bank customers members of a private banking family. She has previously worked for US Bank in Reno where she was a Regional Sales Manager and a Retail Market Manager and with national companies GE and Standard Register. Georgia is a graduate of the School of Bank Marketing and Management.

Brent Holderman - VP, Branch Manager – Carson Valley      Brent has over 28 years of banking experience in Western Nevada. He was at Pioneer Citizens Bank in Reno from 1972 until 1983. He worked for Security Bank of Nevada as VP-Branch Manager in Reno and then in Carson City from 1984 through 1994 during which time Security merged first with Valley Bank of Nevada and subsequently Bank of America. He resumed his banking career in 1996 in Gardnerville as a branch manager for Nevada Banking Company and most recently as a SVP-Business Development Officer for Carson River Community Bank.  Brent remains involved in the community with over 28 years as a Rotarian, Past President of the Carson City Chamber and the Northern Nevada Development Authority, and over ten years service with the Boys and Girls Club.
